A Note for First-Time Customers
We’re thrilled to be a partner in helping you be more healthy and self-aware. One of the best things about eating differently is being more closely connected to your body and its nutritional needs.
If you’re new to all this, you may find that you need some time to adjust to both the new macro-nutrient composition of your diet and to portion sizes.
In all of that, we’ve found one rule to be helpful – follow the hunger. When you’re eating the right things, it’s much easier to follow a an eat when you want approach.
You may find that you need to eat less often, or more often, or that you crave specific foods – whether that’s fruits and vegetables, protein, or fat. It’s all good, experimentation and finding the right mix for you is the core of any sustained eating change.
The short story: don’t use our meal plans as the guide on what you should be eating – use your body’s feedback. Our goal is to be your partner as you connect to your health and grow in awareness of what your body needs.
We love to get emails about your experiences, and we encourage you to let us know what you think (likes, loves, laments) with meal ratings/reviews and on our facebook page. Any feedback you can give will help us improve.
